The 2018 International Panel

Trauma and Restoration:  An International Response

Humans throughout the world can experience traumatic events brought on by natural disasters, war, political unrest, accidents, and from other people that they may encounter. Trauma is an emotional response to these distressing or life-threatening events and can often include a physical response in the body.  The 2018 ADTA International Panel will present the work of Dance/Movement Therapists from around the world that are experts in implementing restorative methods and techniques that address the myriad psychological, emotional, and physical symptoms of those suffering from trauma.
